Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the scheduled shoot date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled shoot will not incur additional fees beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7–13 days of the shoot date will be charged 50% of the total project cost. Cancellations made within 6 days of the shoot date will be charged 100% of the total project cost. Rescheduling is allowed once (at no additional cost) if requested at least 7 days prior to the shoot date, subject to availability. Waitlist Policy Clients may request to be placed on our waitlist if no immediate dates are available. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order requests were received when a date becomes available. To claim an open date from the waitlist, a non-refundable deposit must be made within 24 hours of being notified.
